Cancellation Policy

Templeton Dance Studio understands that life happens and that certain situations could cause an appointment to become no longer viable.

Templeton Dance Studio is sympathetic to this; however, as an appointment-based business, we strictly enforce the following cancellation policy. This policy applies to all students of Templeton Dance Studio that have booked an appointment or class with any Templeton Dance Studio coach with no exceptions.

The rules:

* Any appointment cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged the full appointment value.

*Packaged or prepaid appointments CANNOT be refunded.

*Rescheduling an appointment must be done with more than 48 hours’ notice from the original appointment and is subject to availability.

*All “no show” appointments will be charged the full appointment value.

*Templeton Dance Studio coaches reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or amend any appointment at any time at no cost to the student.

* Appointments can be cancelled, rescheduled or amended by the following methods:
